Yes, I've finally become a road runner (meep meep...). Decided road running would probably be better for my ankle than running trail for a while. (Thanks to Paul Currant for much advice/abuse/etc over the Polaris and XXX weekends, Abbey Runners for putting up with a whinging newbie, and my housemate for the installation of a new shower.)
